Upon rediscovering the lilliputan torch bearer, the IOC sent a special envoy from WADA, former chairman Dick Pound (Freud be damned) to look into allegations of rampant steroid use contributing to his transformation into an Argentinian bronze-metal basketball player since he was lost in Tokyo this May.

China provided his birth certificate showing that Zhao was always 190cm tall, and that he was born in Buenos Aries on January 1, 1992. Good enough for the IOC is good enough for me.
